ABOUT ME

I’ve lived on three continents, learned French and Arabic, and worked in editing for eight years. I graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College in English Writing and International Relations. I have worked on magazine articles, web articles, and books, including over a dozen issues of Just Between Us Magazine and two books for author Mel Lawrenz.

I am currently working on two book projects, a novel and a memoir. As a writer myself, I love helping to refine people’s writing and polish it so that their voice can shine through. As an artist, I believe art is the translation of the artist’s vision into their medium, and watching that vision emerge brings me joy. Putting commas and semicolons where they belong also brings me joy, which may be a hint that I’m in the right profession.
